group & individual coaching

Our approach to change involves looking for ways to empower the people within your organization to drive change, to own change, to develop the skills that can better ensure the goals set at the start of a change are realized.

We believe that the people within your organization are a gold mine, and an investment in them reaps rewards long after the first change of many is implemented.

Long Lasting Transformation

This is why we offer the Change Leadership Summit and follow up coaching. When necessary, yes – we provide the skills of an expert consultant to come in and lead a change for you, but there is long-lasting value in fostering change leadership within your culture.

The Xerox Corporation once reported as experiencing a 22% increase in employee effectiveness after receiving training but then reported a whopping 87% increase when coaching was added!

the value is clear

In a study of Fortune 1000 companies, the benefits were clear in the return of investment when coaching was received.

Skill-Building At An Employee’s Own Pace

We introduce new change leadership skills in our foundational workshop, and we build on those capabilities through supplemental coaching and support resources.

Typically, employees complete an online course or attend a workshop, and they are then expected to execute on those skills immediately without any reinforcement or support.

Our coaching program ensures that that does not happen.  Instead, participants are allowed to learn, practice, and receive support over time with our expert coaches who draw on their years of experience leading and implementing change.

Get Guidance & Expert Insights

In this safe environment, participants can bring their challenges and questions to the discussion and get guidance and insight rarely shared in a typical consulting project.
