Skill-Building At An Employee’s Own Pace
We introduce new change leadership skills in our foundational workshop, and we build on those capabilities through supplemental coaching and support resources.
Typically, employees complete an online course or attend a workshop, and they are then expected to execute on those skills immediately without any reinforcement or support.
Our coaching program ensures that that does not happen. Instead, participants are allowed to learn, practice, and receive support over time with our expert coaches who draw on their years of experience leading and implementing change.
